^{You should respect the peace of your neighbours
all noise to be kept to a minimum after 11 p.m., no generators after 6.00 p.m.
Any tent should only be erected with prior permission of Rally Officer and should be only placed in the awning space.
Any complaints should be given to the Rally Officer at the time so that the matter can be resolved on the field.}

  When the SCC merged with the Caravan Club in 1945 it became the Scottish Division of the Caravan Club.  In 1949 it was decided to create 2 Centers.}
